Full version supports all bets, except playing the dark side (betting on don't pass/come).

Uses common Vegas odds payouts:

Pass/Come: 4/10 pays 2:1, 5/9 pays 3:2, 6/8 pays 6:5.

Place 4/10: 9:5
Place 5/9: 7:5
Place 6/8: 7:6
